Dave Walther has more than 25 years of experience as the trusted advisor to individuals and businesses on a wide variety of financial and tax issues. The cornerstone of his practice is the ability to implement an integrated and comprehensive plan that addresses both current and long-term financial and tax issues. His key practice areas include estate planning, retirement planning, investments and tax consulting.

Dave graduated from the University of Kansas in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. His education continued at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he completed his Law degree in 1981.  In 1988, Dave joined MPP&W P.C., CPAs as a tax manager and subsequently became a partner in 1996.

Over the years, Dave has been quoted as an authority on financial and tax issues in several prestigious national publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, Money Magazine and USA Today.

His professional affiliations include: the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA),  Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), The Missouri Bar (member), the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (member), and the Estate Planning Council of St. Louis (member).

Dave is a native St. Louisan and lives in Brentwood with his wife, Ellen, and their three sons. The family is very active in the community through the schools, church, local government and clubs.
